🎯 Educational objectives
The Master’s Degree in Food & Beverage Service Management provides advanced professional training in the strategic leadership, financial control, innovation and sustainable management of food & beverage and hospitality enterprises.
The programme develops advanced competencies in:
- strategic management of food & beverage operations

- financial control, food cost and performance analysis
